Meet the Founder
Toni Lilly
Co-Owner & Founder
Above the Rest Home Care began out of an innate desire to help those who could not help themselves. For eight years, Toni Lilly worked as a correctional officer and was exposed to many people who were in need of care, both physically and mentally and though she had the pull and inclination, that position did not allot her the opportunity to help as she wanted. This reignited a call that had been there all along, becoming a nurse. So as a wife and mother of two, Toni made the decision to return to school to pursue her degree in nursing.
With over 10 years of experience, Toni has worked in adult day care, home health care, nursing homes and long-term care which has afforded her experience, the ability to work with compassion and an adaptability to diverse situations. Toni recalls one of the most rewarding experiences being the restorative value of health care, when she can help clients achieve their goals of returning to their communities and staying there. Above the Rest seeks not only to bring comfort and assistance but to also successfully rehabilitate with love, respect and quality care.
